Ayala Land Inc. is sinking P6.8 billion in a five-year development project to establish a mixed-use community in a 100-hectare property in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
The masterplan covers residential enclaves, shopping mall, hospital, office buildings for business process outsourcing companies, president and CEO Antonino Aquino told reporters in a briefing Wednesday.
"The project would be an important piece of property because it at the cross roads of new infrastructure projects that the government is putting up, like the MRT 7 and other major highways in Bulacan," Aquino noted.
Ayala Land brands Amaia and Avida will develop residential projects for the low and affordable market.
Also part of the mixed-used development is a QualiMed hospital, a Central Plaza, and a Collegio de San Agustin campus, as well as a rain garden and a nature park.
