The groundbreaking ceremony marks an important milestone for Avida’s BGC projects, keeping on-track with the company’s long-term presence and vision for Taguig City.

Meanwhile, One Park Drive sets a landmark for Avida as its first venture into offering boutique office spaces that cater to small to medium enterprises. The single tower office condominium development offers business owners the right size of office space for their businesses at a prestigious address.
Located within a single block in the active north side of BGC, both Avida Towers Verte and One Park broke ground as scheduled. Turnover of One Park Drive’s office spaces is targeted to start on the second quarter of 2017, while Avida Towers Verte is set to be completed in the last quarter of 2017 with a target turnover in the first quarter of 2018.
