LISTING candidate Property Company of Friends, Inc. (PRO-FRIENDS) said on Thursday that it launched six new housing models for its flagship project Lancaster New City in Cavite province.
Prices range between P1 million and P3 million, with each unit having at least three bedrooms. Floor areas are between 50 square meters (sq.m.) and 110 square meters.
It has been three years since the company refreshed its model lineup, PRO-FRIENDS Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Guillermo C. Choa said in a statement.
Lancaster New City straddles the towns of Kawit, Imus and General Trias and has benefited from improved access with the new Cavitex toll road’s opening in 2011.
The company said on Oct. 2 that it completed the development of 300-400 hectares (ha) of the 1,435-ha Lancaster New City.
“Response was very encouraging as we saw more than 250 reservations on the day the new models were unveiled,” Mr. Choa was quoted in the statement as saying.
PRO-FRIENDS subsidiary Micara Land, Inc. also launched its first housing project in Tanza, Cavite -- a 70-ha site intended for low-end house and lot packages which will sell for between P600,000 and P800,000.
“We are very selective and deliberate in the design and execution of our projects,” Mr. Choa said. “Our land bank of over 1,800 hectares is mostly located outside of the city but very close to it. This makes our projects very accessible.”
